Celebrating Literacy at West

Celebrating literacy at West, staff developer Katy Wischow worked with students in grades 3, 4 and 5 on Oct. 1. She visited classrooms to model engaging literacy lessons tailored to each grade level. Third graders focused on building fluency and reading smoothly, fourth graders explored grammar patterns, and fifth graders learned how to use sentence structure effectively.
